Community Collage proudly participated in this year's annual AAPI LA Market, held at Smorgasburg LA. The vibrant, family-friendly event, organized by AAPI LA in collaboration with Smorgasburg LA, celebrated Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with an exciting lineup of food vendors, local AAPI-owned brands, live entertainment, and cultural programming. Community Collage brought our immersive pop-up photo studio experience to the annual event, featuring free, professional portrait sessions with founder and photographer Josh Madson! Attendees including vendors, families, and public officials were able to instantly select and receive their digital portraits onsite, leaving with a snapshot of the day, celebrating community and inclusivity. We had an amazing time at the event and look forward to expanding in Los Angeles further!

It has been an incredibly busy few months for the Community Collage team. We're excited to release our news and plans for 2025 very soon. In the meantime, here's a brief recap of the last few months. We had a successful launch of our mini-documentary on the history of Community Collage and our founder, Josh Madson, titled The Bright Side of Community. The film debuted at the Twin Cities Film Festival in October 2024. We have also begun collage projects for Mayo Clinic, Rochester. With approximately 1,800 employees already photographed for their collages, we are thrilled to be discussing the next phases with their team. We look forward to sharing those soon as well.
Additionally, just before Thanksgiving, we had the privilege of photographing roughly 1,900 employees for Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. Originally scheduled for three days, an additional date was added due to popular demand, bringing the total to four consecutive days of shoots. We achieved these spectacular results in participation thanks to the fabulous staff of the facility and the perseverance of Team Community Collage.
We look forward to bringing Community Collage to your city or organization this year! Please reach out to us for scheduling, media appearances, speaking engagements, film screenings, and more.
We recently had the honor of being interviewed on MPR by Tom Crann. Listen here.
